Return & Refund Policy
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging, with all tags and seals intact. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used health and beauty products
- Downloadable or digital products
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us through our store's contact page within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions once your request is approved.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. Munay-Ki Retail is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Store Credit Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, store credit will be issued to your account within 5–7 business days and can be applied to any future purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or issue store credit at no additional cost to you.
Late or Missing Credits If you haven't received your store credit within 7 business days of approval, please contact us and we'll look into it right away.
